[VT] 57 Failed Voyager Action @ Dawlish - Thursday

Virgin is sending a 57 to Exeter on Thursday morning, and will refuel
and be stabled at Exeter. It will then go light to Teignmouth Thursday
evening to "play at Rescueing a Voyager". The voyager leaves Plymouth
at 21:00 hrs, and will be failed on the seawall, exact location
unknown, the 57 will run wrong road to Teignmouth, couple up to the
Voyager and then head off to Laira. The 57 will return light engine
Friday morning. Timings are:-
