VT delay repay

This may have been answered before but I couldn't find it.

I was on a VT recently that was just over 30 mins delayed on the way out and over 60 minutes delayed on the way back.

Would I be liable for a 75% refund for this? I got a 50% refund.

Wonder if this is policy or they disagree with my 30 min claim as it was down to the wire.

Yes, 75%.
