VTEC scratch card

Morning everyone

I have a VTEC scratch card for travel to London Kx -

A couple of things I am unsure of is that my ticket which I use on the train and ticket barriers or do I exchange it for a standard ticket

And I need to reserve a seat but if I use the scratch card for travel it means by not going to buy a ticket it will not generate a reservation

Any help would be great

The scratchcard is a ticket.

To make a reservation get one from the ticket office like you would normally do if buying a walkon ticket in advance and not selecting a train online.

If you ring up customer services they'll do you a reservation. The scratchcard is your ticket.

Is the card valid on any train as long as the dates are scratched off ?
