What's it like near you? Here in Farnborough, 22:09 MSN has cut out and we have forks of lightening lighting up the whole sky (and ground!).

Here it's dry and clear. Infact it's been like that all day :D

However, I know the feeling Coxter. Terrible storms caused absolute chaos earlier this week in Humberside. Infact, I heard from Jordy that the roof at Grimsby station collapsed :(

Hmm, it was pouring with rain this afternoon here, got rather wet on movements between buses, the house and work today! Dried up by around 1830. Had thunder in the afternoon, didn't see lightening!

Ehehehehe, we got stuck in a thunderstorm on our boat in Studland Bay as it managed to get stuck in the sand...

It was rather nice yesterday, all day, we even put on some nice 1940's Music down the GCR whilst we cleaned up Loughborough Central at the end of the day, quite nice listening to "Bluebirds over the White Cliffs of Dover" whilst you wait for the last train to come back.

Although about 1am this morning we got a Thunderstorm.

3 beautiful days, including a spontaneously-deciding-to-jump-in-the-river days for me and my friends (though that doesn't take much, we're all crazy us lot), no bad weather at all. So there.

Red hot all day until about 20:00 yesterday when it broke to torrential rain, thunder storms and lightening, our power flickered enough to reset all the electrical systems in the house

Very true, I remember one day a couple of weeks ago boarding a 158 in glorious sunshine at Sheffield for Manchester, lovely weather passing Dore, into Totley tunnel... and out the other side it was pouring with rain! ;)
