I have noticed that Stockport, St. Leonards and Euxton camera's are not working.

Are they official cameras or an amateur who has set one up. If the latter not much you can do about it...

Some are amateur, some are council etc.

The Euxton one appears to indeed not be working (the site is down completely)
Stockport hasn't worked for some time I don't think *unless the link has changed from the one posted on the sticky thread here)

In which case, it is just the actual website that is offline, rather than the webcam itself
