West Coast Railway 13:00 Swindon - Newport

Today there is a 13:00 Swindon - Newport via Bristol (and the Lydney detour due to the tunnel being shut) and then a return journey as far as Bristol Temple Meads.

What's the purpose of this journey? The ECS has come some considerable distance, and it spends next to no time in Newport.

Can't see anything on all the usual sites so must be some sort of private charter?
