Are there still any timetabled passenger services from Platform 3 at Weybridge to Addlestone or do they all go from Platform 1?

ISTR that about 20 years ago when I was last down that way there was a M-F service at about 11:00 or 11:30ish.

I've had a look on NRES but nothing jumps out.

Thanks

All from platform 1 on a weekday as none come from Wimbledon Park directly to pick up service from Weybridge.

In the other direction, the last two Weybridge arrivals go into platform 2 and run on to Clapham Yard via the mainline.

To do Weybridge platform 3 to the Addlestone line you need to make the journey when Reading trains are diverted that way (ie when engineering work closes the route between Feltham and Virginia Water).

Thanks for the reply. I was aware of the diversions but didn't think of the reverse direction.

I'm sure the morning train I mentioned actually came in service from Waterloo rather than ECS from Wimbledon.

I was on a Windsor train once that was sent that way as a result of a broken down freight at Ashford. When it got to Staines they sent it back to Waterloo rather than on to Windsor as originally planed so I got to travel Waterloo to Feltham by the scenic route.
