Just slam the brake on and think of your mother in law.

Travelling at that speed if I was the driver I would of carried on as if he wasn't there. Slowing down at something like 80mph to 65mph would hardly make a difference to whether he lived or not.

He's an idiot and if he gets hit it's his fault regardless if the driver puts his brakes on or not.

Yep, but the 'black box' (can't remember proper name) will pick up on the lack of brake application and if the t*ts family found out, the driver will get sued, as will the railway for not providing proper training, it really wouldn't be worth it

Love to shoot him though, what do you mean i've been banned from having live rounds sarge ;)
