Hello everyone, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed, but i've had a quick search and didn't find anything.
Are they still to be retired in December and if so what next for them?.

Yes - see https://www.railforums.co.uk/thread...d-service-updates.179590/page-13#post-4806434

intention I believe is that there will be 4 units into passenger service from Sunday 6th December, with all ten in service from Sunday 13th December (so Saturday 12th December should be the last day of class 332 operation on Hex.) (This assumes the two set per train quarter hourly service is resumed, compared with the current three set service, with a single set every half a hour).

The accepted wisdom is that they will go for scrap. Plenty of discussion about why they are unsuitable for anything else here https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/suggestions-for-future-use-of-class-332s-post-hex.162532/
