Some useless information:
While the body of a kestrel is only about 35cm long the wingspan is typically 75-80cm. (About 2ft 6in).

Well obviously my friend was mistaken when he said that was the loco that headed north through Doncaster.

What ever that loco hit would of been pasted all over the buffer just below it. The grease on the buffer is old.
When trains hit living things, the living thing unfortunatly explodes and goes all over the front of the train, round the sides, underneath, ontop of the traction motors {crispy 8) } and anywhere else you can think of.
