What happened to 1F63 Euston/New St - Liverpool on 08/10/20?

1F63 ran as 1Y63 Euston to New Street and then as 1F63 New Street to Crewe, as opposed to Liverpool. So this left a very long (2h30m ish) gap in service between Crewe and local stations to Liverpool. However it wasn't showing as cancelled despite being listed in the download able timetable on the WMT site.

Does anyone know what happened?

Also can delay repay be claimed against this or was the change published in advance?
