Major disruption all morning in and out of Marylebone! It has been referred to as a major police incident?
A man has died after being hit by a train near Wembley Stadium in an incident police are treating as unexplained.
British Transport Police were called to the overground railway line close to Willesden Green station at 7.58am after reports a man had been struck by a train.
Medics from the London Ambulance Service were called out to help but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A police spokesman said the death was being treated as unexplained and a file would be prepared for the coroner....
Jubilee line was suspended over the whole line too
Surprised by that I thought they would have just turned around at Waterloo as they did in 1999 before the whole line was connected at Westminster
Unless crew step back such that the shunt is double manned.
Interestingly though West Hampstead is before Willesden Green so the disruption must have been close to there otherwise why not turn there in the centre siding?
