333s definitely have the drain at the vehicle end, 90% sure 331s are a similar arrangement.What's the arrangement on latter trains for the pantograph drains? I can't think of any other units with such obvious drains on the side of vehicles, do they just slope it off towards the vehicle end, or is there a neater integrated drain tube?

Electrostars have internal drainage that runs through the body end cupboards and straight out the bottom of the coach.
