What new railway stations (not heritage) are due to open in 2020

It's that time of year again, so time to open a new thread.

For starters I have noted the following with hoped-for dates:-
Bow Street ............... ? March 2020
Horden Peterlee .........? March 2020
Kintore .................... ? May 2020 (Dalcross also?)
Reading Green Park ... ? Summer 2020
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Portway Park and Ride ....... ? 2020 or 2021

The three Elizabeth Line stations of:-
Woolwich
Custom House
Canary Wharf

Any development on the proposal for a station at Welbourne (between Fareham and Botley)?

No chance whatsoever in 2020, if that is the one that would be built on the site of Knowle Halt (opened 1905, closed 1964)? The latest news appears to be that Buckland Developments now intend to submit a full planning application for 6,000 homes over a 25 year rolling period.

There are plans to open a station between Hendon and Cricklewood for the new Brent Cross revamp
