Surely he can't be arrested for falling? No matter what you fall into, If I was that man, id sue the [FONT=&quot]Museum for pressing charges on a accident.

How was it the museum's fault? The museum aren't pressing charges, the police are, and if it continues, the CPS. The museum might have made a complaint, but fair on them.

However, I don't know why anybody would want to deliberately break vases, seems a bit pointless :confused:
