Winfrith DMUs

Anyone know if the DMUs stabled at Winfrith in Dorset are the ones the Swanage railway are going to use or are they stored pending disposal.
Noticed these a few times from a passing train and wondered what they are doing there.

AS for as i know there the ones for swanage want to use when the link is finished but they will need restoring and central door locking!!!
