WM Trains new 196s at Donnington rail freight depot

Does anyone know why there is a new WM Trains 196 dmu at the Donnington rail freight depot? Is it for route training (Shrewsbury-Birmingham)?

See WMR Class 196 Build and Implementation thread already setup.​

Storage as no room at Tyseley. Guess CAF have no room to store them either.
