WMR Class 172 new interior

From the video one of the ex LO class 172 was being overhauled and with a new destination board as well as a television screen fitted so I wondered:
1.how many units got fitted with this?
2.If EMR can overhaul the Class 170 when they were cascaded from Scotrail/WMR/GTR-SN with the same interior design in the video applied?

Fingers crossed they apply that throughout the entire 170 fleet. The scrolling screen is very clear. Much better than dot matrix screens or the blue and yellow non scrolling efforts on Northerns 3 car 158’s.

What about those in 323s?

Btw i wondered if XC should install the scrolling screen in their 170s as well while lengthen the 6 170/5s

Yes the 323’s are the same as those in Northern’s 3 car 158’s.
