Women train driver ?

I don't think that, bar the chef, there's a single male working at the nursery my child goes to. I assume there's no actual reason to prevent a male child carer? I know it's a bit different, as parents might be concerned, compared to a train where I'd hope nobody was concerned because a woman is in charge.
My (rich) friend has a 'Manny' for her kids. He's called Manuel!

We don't have many female drivers but the ones we do have seem to get along fine and I love working with them.

Lots of female guards.

East side of the Midlands, think Robin Hood :) . There's a few more on the 'London' side but at our depot for example there's 1 female driver out of 150 or so and one who is currently working as a driver manager. There's also 1 shunt driver pending a mainline course.
