Hopefully Dunkeld's low platforms will be a thing of the past when they finally get round to the A9 dualling past the site and the station can be brought up to modern standards.
The boxes may be picturesque but this relatively busy stop on the Highland Main Line has serious access issues making it unusable to the elderly or infirm. More than once I've had to leave a train to help a passenger on or off, and I've witnessed an incident when someone tripped over a step in poor light and very nearly fell between the platform and the train.
