They're basically 4w railbuses built to try and save rural branchlines. I took a few photos at Railfest last year and worked them into a basic cab the other week. It's not released.

Back to topic a Beta version can now be downloaded from BVE Cornwall, downloading as I type. To quote the creator at http://forums.flightsim.com/ts/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=16&topic_id=17845&mesg_id=17845&page= :

As of the moment, the panel is around 90% or so complete, with all major animation in place, but with a few places needing additional little details such as text.
There is currently NO night view.

That is a graphics card problem mate. Try updating your drivers.

I have had this problem in routes such as the Pic athough installing the train into a different directory, as the Pic seems to be the only one in my BVE4 folder fixed it!
