Would the Big 5 be better as just British bus operators?

Would the the Big 5 (Arriva, Go Ahead, First*, Stagecoach* and National Express) be better if the just ran UK buses rather than rail and international operations ?

* no international bus/coach operations. Stagecoach no rail

"Better" in what way ?

Their overseas operations bring them revenue which is beneficial to the UK economy. Presumably you'd also be looking to disbar non UK companies from operating buses, so the likes of Arriva or Comfort Del Gro would be forced out ?

Like @A0wen, I don't know what the premise of the question actually is?

Also, Stagecoach do have rail in the form of a bit of Sheffield tram operation?
