This really is borne out of a long standing issue I have with those who want a change to Passenger Focus and a proper passenger ombudsman to assist and have clout when it comes to dissagreements between TOC and passenger seen lately here
This could also include getting the rail press as well as unions who want to look after the passengers journey involved as well.
The idea being that if one was set up and had backing of the majority of posters on here would you support it?
Would you spend a little time and a little bit of money to maybe help print out and distribute leaflets and get your local RUG involved?
