I don't think any resident's complaints about noise would be upheld, and the builders will be required to mitigate in the design anyway. Very much hems them in and prevents any expansion, and seems to be building new housing backing onto their stabling tracks. In this world where “well it was there when you moved in” doesn’t seem to be an excuse they must be a bit concerned about new residents getting a bit miffed when the diesels start moving off at stupid o’clock in the morning.
