Anyone come across this?
You take 2 hours out of your life to fill in an online application form in the best way possible.
You send it in and wait weeks.
Just after the closing date, a muppet 3rd party firm sends you an online assessment.
All good so far.
Or is it?
The online assessment was for a sister company and not the one I applied for!
And as it arrived after the closing date, there is nothing I can do about it.
Fantastic.
I emailed the TOC in question as well as the wallies who sent me the assessments and they seem to have gone deaf.
Well.
If that's what you face applying for a career on the railway, I won't bother.
:-x

Wait till you get automated emails from Network Rail saying the're really impressed by your application, then change their tone completely when they get your SHL test back.

They are indeed.... A mathematical equation to decide is someone is good enough... Qualative analysis cannot be quantified...
