Travelling up from London King's Cross to Leeds on an early morning service in a few weeks with a First Class ticket booked online on the VTEC website.
Just noticed my ticket is marked "First Class Complimentary £0.00".
This is NOT a complimentary ticket. I paid for it. Is someone fiddling the till?

Perfectly normal. The bit of card with £0.00 on it isn't your ticket. Your ticket is the one with a real price on it.

Need to get in touch with VTEC in that case. They'll either re-issue the ticket via post or they'll ask you to collect from a station (if possible).
