Has anyone heard anything at all ?
Not yet. I called them on friday. They said they had a ton of applicants and that it might well be a wait as its 2020 intake. I think they have just taken on a February start intake that applied last year.

Wooop got it today too, talk about last minute! not getting hopes up though as this may be a start of a looooong journey.

Does anyone know what happens at this second stage? because they really haven't given any information apart from management will do a screen, haven't they screen it already for the first stage? really confused.=/

will appreciate any insightful feedback! =)

so after an initial application, you get an invite for online assessment, its abt 20 questions based on customer service, once that was done, i recieved an email asking to book an appointment for interview.

Yh im a bit confused about this too. I thought they would first send the online test and then tell you after that...seems a long wait for them to potentially just say no! :/

had abt 20 questions, you do get planty of time to do it. the questions were all based on customer service, "what would you if you were in that scenario"
Once you do the online assessment, they do tend to let you know within days.
