Indeed it looks like two-tone green, maybe with FALCON on the side.

I'm not 100% as I prefer the BR two tone, no getting away from it though GBRf and Arlington have turned out some really good work and put some life into boring old freight locos with the 69s, still four more to come .......

How about LoadHaul?
I understand there are Intellectual Property reasons why it, sadly, can't be re-used.

or Trainload Coal.
I liked the "colour lift" provided by Trainload Construction motif. In bright sunshine, that variant of the "3-tone grey" really popped.

So people keep claiming but never providing any evidence. If you go to the IP website you will see any protection of the Loadhaul logo has expired and GBRf wouldn't use the Loadhaul logo anyway, just the livery which I don't think was ever protected in the first place. Additonally, even if DB did hold the IP why would they permit the use of Railfreight triple grey by GBRf but not Loadhaul?

That makes sense, yes. Leave the logo off (although it would make the black bodyside rather austere, in my view).

DB own the Trainload Petroleum and Trainload Construction logos, both of which are live and registered UK trademarks and both of which are used by GBRf. Which further supports the notion that it's not an IP issue.

Or perhaps GBRf have taste and think Loadhaul is what it actually was: a pretty poor livery. Mainline Freught blue was far better.

That’s your opinion, there are many people including me that are big fans of the LoadHaul livery. Just because you dislike loadhaul doesn’t mean everyone does.

By the same logic, just because yourself and many others like it, doesn't mean everyone does.
I quite like it myself, but I think in part it's because the other "shadow FOC" liveries were worse... including Mainline Blue. By far the worst was Transrail which didn't even bother with a livery, just slapped a lazy logo (a big T in a circle? How much did that cost in branding consultancy?!) over the top of whatever livery the loco was in.

LoadHaul is almost "too obvious" at this point because so many people are hoping for it... I almost hope it doesn't happen just to irk the fanboys! ;)

Without wanting to get into a pigment bitchfest, I actually thought the Mainline blue was the best of the three TLF liveries - speaking as ex Transrail. The first time I saw an ex works class 60 in blue with the silver embellishments I was really impressed, particularly having the cheat line dow nthe middle of the bodysides.

Personally Loadhaul was quite dull and drab, particularly with the matt black paint and the wonky" orange patches. The loco has a very square bodyshell so stickling slanted orange blobs on the sides and ends made the appearance look quite a juvenile creation in my view.

But hey, we all have our own opinions

For anyone wanting to see 69012 on the mainline in its new livery then 69012 has left tonbridge heading for hoo junction.
69012 should be on the Eastleigh-hoo freight services for the rest of this week, 69012s workings for next week are not yet known to me.

Saw Falcon whilst it was waiting at Clapham Junction this morning, looked superb gleaming in the sunlight and attracting a lot of mobile phone cameras!
