What SBI did you have?passed the role play, failed the SBI smh.
Ironically I left the SBI feeling relatively confident.
I just called them and what you said is correct, thank you. However, I have 2 periods of unemployment and apparently, they want my bank statements during those times and an answer to "How were you supporting yourself?". So I'll send them the bank statements and just tell them that I was 18 being supported by my parents during periods of unemployment?Same happened to me, call reed and they will update it and re send it
Sorry to hear that. You got quite far to be honest, apply again when if and when the have more vacancies. I felt quite dejected after my SBI, to be honest. I felt I covered everything, but it just felt disjointed and all over the place. I had to stop, gather myself and carry on. But I made that clear to the assessor. I was quite chatty, but not in a meaningless way, before and after, in all my interactions. Maybe that's what swung it for me.passed the role play, failed the SBI smh.

Was conditional offer a verbal one? If so read back previous pages, TfL onboarding team will contact you with forms to fill out etc. Then the reed application will start. For the people who have done their REED referencing how long did it take for you to get to that stage? I received my conditional offer on the 22nd of July but haven’t heard back since then
SRT- may mean start time, depends what context it is in.Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what is SRT. Also, what stations does Northeast over establishment come under?.
I just found out SRT means Special Requirement Teams at LU. But I need some information about the terms and conditions of that contract, such as what type of job role it is.Was conditional offer a verbal one? SRT is a special unit with CSAs that move around the network wherever there is the greatest need - for example at Wembley for concerts, or Excel for conferences, or really anywhere that a station's existing staff won't cope with temporarily increased passenger numbers. If there's nothing special going on, they help out at busy stations.I just found out SRT means Special Requirement Teams at LU. They do, well I certainly did when I joined 10 years ago as a CSA.I don't believe newly qualified CSAs get allocated to SRT from training, but may be wrong.
Good to know! They do, well I certainly did when I joined 10 years ago as a CSA.
Hi @lolakFor the people who have done their REED referencing how long did it take for you to get to that stage? I received my conditional offer on the 22nd of July but haven’t heard back since then
Oh almost a month, do chase up with them, call them first thing tomorrow and mention you had the verbal offer and have got no paper work. Same thing happened to me.Hi @lolak
You should chase up the written conditional offer with the onboarding team. Although they do have a backlog. But best to chase up to make sure they are on top of your case
Northeast over establishment means that you’ll primarily work all stations on the north east part of the Tube, and zone 1, and that you’re ’over and above the required quota of staff’ for that area. Most new staff will be OE wherever they end up. It does have some impact on your roster as you won’t necessarily work ‘fixed’ shifts (although that isn’t generally the case for SRT anyway), but generally is nothing to worry about.Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what is SRT. Also, what stations does Northeast over establishment come under?.
Hi @SunSeeker ,They do, well I certainly did when I joined 10 years ago as a CSA.
@coffeetable there's no different contract, still the same CSA1 as everyone else, just instead of being based on an area/group you work all around the network. It's a good thing, you will meet many more people, and learn a lot more than if you were just at 1 station, which will help you for future promotions, certainly helped me.
Yes, you'll have to do familiarisations for each station you work at - this is paid so it's entirely conceivable that you will spend most of a duty familiarising. For north east I suspect this will be focussed initially on stations like Finsbury Park, Stratford, North Greenwich etc in addition to zone 1, where there are often big events happening. It can easily take a good couple of hours to properly familiarise at some of the bigger stations.@bluegoblin7 - My contract is only 4 hours per day evenings part-time CSA1 SRT. If I work at different parts of the network everyday, say I work 2 days in one station and the next two days in another station, do you think they spend time with to familiarise me every single station I'm deployed to? It almost takes minimum of 30-45 mins.
I was given a piece of paper at my AC2 which contained my conditional offer, as soon as I received my conditional offer email I sent everything they had requested ie uniform order. Since then I haven’t heard back from them apart from being asked about my notice period. Was conditional offer a verbal one? Night tube, so I’m not the highest priority. I’ll give them a call in the morning just to ensure see what’s going on considering there is a backlog.Have you applied for full time or night tube or part time?
@lolak so you haven't done the reed checks yet? Medical checks are only done nearer to the time.I was given a piece of paper at my AC2 which contained my conditional offer, as soon as I received my conditional offer email I sent everything they had requested ie uniform order. Since then I haven’t heard back from them apart from being asked about my notice period.

@Tikiitan I think they are still working through people, give it a while- they should contact you closer to the time.I have a concern please. My reed screening completed on the 13th August, I was reading through the forum now and can see a lot of people have gotten medical invitations since then, I haven’t received any call neither have I received emails. Do you reckon calling high volume or just leave them till they reach out.
After your there for night only. Will it be easy for you to go to full time?I was given a piece of paper at my AC2 which contained my conditional offer, as soon as I received my conditional offer email I sent everything they had requested ie uniform order. I got my conditional offer (i think everyone gets that) as it is based on references/checks.Hi everyone. Anyone who has received their unconditional offer and start date . Do you receive it after or before the medical is done ?
Yep after you pass probationAfter your there for night only. Will it be easy for you to go to full time?
Or you’ll be assessed again. Internal staff will get it easily right!
Currently people offered the job in June are being given November training dates so I’m using that as a reference. I got offered the job beginning of August so I think I have a few months to go yet!Hi anyone got their training dates or medical booked yet ? Still waiting for my screening to finish been still in quality checks just wanted to ask how long it takes to complete and get offered a medical date

Will these dots change to ticks when they’re complete? Just confused as I’ve had an email to say my ETW is complete / confirmed but this hasn’t changed
