Me likewise in a fair way: my first ten years were basically, the last ten years of the M&GN's life as a full system, passenger-served throughout -- all that decade, lived to all intents and purposes within sight of the M&GN; though in its more westerly parts -- around Spalding and Peterborough. Sadly, saw nothing of it east of "the Lynns", except for surviving remnants well after the Feb. 1959 "holocaust".
