    Congratulations, I remember you as we were going for the same Future Ops position. Although I didn't make the reserve list, I am truly happy for you as I have felt your pain with the rejection last year.

    Thanks so much. Don't lose heart, this was 5th application Id made Sounds like hiring is starting again from what HR have said to me, expect more vacancies. This totally came out of the blue as Id given up on the reserve list if Im honest so keep pluggin away with applications You truly never know who is looking at your application ,the unexpected can happen.
