Quite a few 455s and 456s have worked to Brighton either as additional trains, Brighton Pride springs to mind. They have also covered for 377s and slam door units.
After 60+ years of having a Diesel shunter at Brighton 09026 has been retired to the Spa Valley Railway.

Not correct I,m afraid. Class 319's had fold down tables from new. The design however was crap and the hinge could be forced through so that they collapsed. They were removed on refurb.
