Thanks LondonJohn, I just bagged a few of these 50p Evening Standard/Chiltern tickets for May - so this helped me with my problem of not finding advance tickets for May. I purchased Virgin tickets for the reminaing journeys, so I am all booked up and happy for the month of May. :)

Thanks Yorkie, quite right. I made a mistake in my post. I am trying to book the cheap advance fares - those that are valid on 1 journey. I make regular trips for work and these work best for me. I usually book my journeys 4 weeks in advance and I am able to buy the tickets for £5 or £7.50...
