I know right. Even more ironic considering there is a new route from another company coming in April that will actually let people on competing first routes have a night life.
It was kind of just a warning as he said it was a use it or lose it situation. Also mentioned Rode on the D2 having low numbers. Got to imagine imagine the 376a is replacing the 172 journeys that start/end at Midsomer Norton. The Mendip routes look a lot more connected up that the dire situation...
Might be wrong but I think the funding conditions have been amended as I know at one point the money was only for new innovative routes/schemes which is how Westlink came about whilst now I think they are now allowed to use it on conventional routes so hopefully some good stuff comes out this...
Coaches A and B at the front are always empty as everyone piles into the first few coaches. You'll often find it full and standing at the rear leaving Paddington and potentially have a carriage to yourself if you make it to A.
Of course some trains the reservation systems just dont work but...

Usually they pick up from the turning circle inside the actual campus. Either they've changed this or I have a feeling the case is that they are doing works on the coach circle at the moment.
they havent been putting E200s or Solos on the 19 for at least at least 18 months now. That was a temporary measure when they still wanted to give Penn Lea a service on a Sunday and so diverted the 19 requiring smaller buses
do they have ticket machines yet? Alan was saying that ticket machines were a problem so until they have them / they're working I guess it will be free. I assume the goal is to have it working from next Monday when the rest of the services start
