How much of a headache is it to swap dates though? I know there will be a good amount of people who likely want time off outside of school hols which will be useful to me. If it's a fairly quick and easy process to exchange dates then that's fine.

Noted. I received the company social media policy this week so from this point I will be a lot more subdued I think. It's very easy to be more outspoken than you mean to be on social media so sometimes it's best to just say nothing especially if a company has a strict code on it.
