Ah that's a shame, I wish they would of put that in the job description. Iv never been a LU train operator either though? And to be honest if it was a £3k-£5k pay cut I'll doubt I would of done it anyway Thanks for the help everyone

It's differs all depending what TOC you are looking at, however across the board responsibility would probably be the main difference

Currently on £53k If it's about the same or more I'd go for it
