    Royal Train

Utter tripe, it cannot fall under the offence of obstructing the police, as you are not. And in relation to the information of use to a terrorist, again no chance. Unless you are planning a terrorist offence, of supplying the information directly to someone who you know is then there is no...

    Opening doors while moving

The revenue team are near useless on this line. Last week they got on, accompanied by two of those rail enforcement officers (high vis stab vests and head cams) to do a ticket check, ignored any of the large groups of youths, just as we were pulling into Broxbourne three young lads came out of...

    Opening doors while moving

This is quite accurate! Sadly the lack of revenue checks and no barriers on this line make it so. I have been informed Herts Police and NXEA did a block at Hertford East over the weekend and over two days had in excess of 120 travelling ticketless.

    Opening doors while moving

A few weeks ago travelling on the Hertford East to Liverpool Street line on my way into work the train came to a sharp halt before Waltham Cross. We were held there for about five minutes before we moved off again. The driver said (and I quote) "Sorry for the delay, this is due to some idiot...

City worker who defrauded railway landed with £9,000 bill

I have travelled every day on this route sometimes three times a day, I have had my ticket checked twice.

Arriva S&E buses and coffee cups with lids

I have had the same argument with bus drivers in the past. My retort was always that I also have a penis but it doesn't mean I am going to either urinate or procreate on the bus.

    Discounted Tickets

Indeed this is true. I know I do because I do not really want to be identified to everyone standing around as police and because when you open the wallet the card isn't readily presented, meaning most of the time I just end up showing the badge. Most gateline staff seem to open the barrier...

Had problems taking pictures of the railways?

Sadly I do not think it was posted externally on any websites, all police officers should have received it via email from their senior management team though. Ajax gives good advice though.

Had problems taking pictures of the railways?

Last year, the following guidance was passed to all police forces for distribution. BTP should be especially aware of it considering where it came from.

Thanks very much. Mrs C insisted that we would be able to get the discount as Exeter was in the right zone.

London Paddington - Exeter St Davids

Hello, maybe some of the wise people here could help me. I am trying to book the above, leaving London Paddington on Friday the 18th March at 1803 and returning on Sunday the 20th. I have a Network railcard and my partner has a Gold card. When I try to book the tickets via the Trainline...

    NXEA Revenue Protetion?

Does anybody here know how large NXEA's revenue protection department is and how they are deployed? The reason I ask if the service 'twixt LST and HFE has not before had any kind of ticket check, until last week when a single RPI seemed to be deployed with several bouncer types (with stab...
