Did you keep your original receipts ? The 'till' receipt has the ticket number on it.
When the original tickets were non issued did you not receive a refund receipt from the Sales Point Assistant ?
All non issue(s) tickets are kept 'in house' at the station for a period of at least 3...

You are not 'just a cleaner' mate, you a doing a very valuable job and just as important as other roles on the railways ... Nobody is perfect and we have all made mistakes ... you sound like somebody who is doing their best to turn their life around...

In ALL the GTR blurb it advises that stations will be 'staffed' from First to Last. When asked how this will be possible, when staff use the train to commute to work, management...

I'm puzzled to know what a further strike by Southern conductors next will achieve, as GTR have already stated that the OBS roles are happening regardless.
GTR will push through what ever changes they want irrespective of whether the staff & unions agree to them.

On the tvm's ... What about a pop up screen, after the customer has chosen their ticket, that advises on the ticket restriction(s) and has to be accepted before the sale can continue ❓
Our tvm's have an 'I' next to the ticket options that will display (if pressed) further information, but...
I think it's great when people go the extra mile and display the dedication they have to the job and the enthusiasm they have for helping people & offering great customer service :D
