    I have now been able to request a refund from Trainline and CC Trains. It has now been accepted. Should have been travelling today. First Class return for two Exeter-Edinburgh.

    Thats only for travel today/tomorrow.I should be travelling on Thursday but CC via Train line say they will contact me to explain the process but do not say when.

    Cross Country Trains have issued a reduced timetable today but my train on Thursday is still running. Would I get a refund if the govt. orders a complete lockdown or has the train company got small print somewhere to prevent it ?

    Just my luck.Booked Advanced Tickets from Exeter to Edinburgh for next Thursday.Never travelled First Class before so treated ourselves.I am assuming the only way we will get a refund is if the train is cancelled ?Booked on Cross Country Trains through Trainline.
