    Nonsense. There will be no pay deal until the terms and conditions included in the offer are revoked. I thought when the proposed strike during cop26 was announced it would never happen. Now I’m almost convinced it will.

    I’d imagine a major downside is that management come to rely on spare conductors manning the gates and start to not replace vacant jobs within gate line.

    Should also be noted that paytalks with Conducters/Guards havent even started yet and they also work 4/6 with Sundays as overtime, so even if the Drivers do accept sunday as the working week, there would still be cancelations if the guards dont agree to change T&C. Fun times ahead...
