  • Main piece of advice is to prepare as much as you can, I can't stress this enough. The interview was a lot less daunting then I thought they made you feel relaxed and mine lasted no more then 30 minutes. Get your examples really well thought out and know them back to front so you can answer any question they probe you about. The voice exercise is about making quick and accurate notes and speaking clearly and concisely. Again something you can practice lots. Hope this helps and good luck
