Just wanted to give an update. Letter received from GWR yesterday, husband has to pay a fine of £104 plus cost of return fare. Feeling very relieved. Will now begin the process of getting my season ticket back. Thanks for all.of your advice and comments.
Just wondering when I will I be able to get my season ticket back? Once the TOC has decided what action to take? The train inspector advised my husband that I should keep all of my receipts and tickets while my ticket is confiscated.
