I'm not sure TOCs treat applicants like this just for the fun of it...... I'd argue the process probably isn't fit for purpose. That's just my opinion given the experience I have had. TOCs are under more scrutiny than ever before and rightly so given the cost of tickets and demand for better...
I disagree. The process leaves a lot to be desired and communication has been, in my experience, awful. It's far from ideal and clearly requires reform. Just because it's 'the railway' doesn't mean it's beyond reproach.
I agree. I passed a medical 18 months ago...... 12 months elapsed since the last interview and so i was asked to attend a further managers interview in Feb 18. Passed that and was under the impression that jobs were imminent. Have seen others interviewed then pass medicals and get a course start...
So, RUUDBOY et al. hows the May course going? I'm still here waiting. Dont suppose there's any sign of another course by the end of the year and a vacancy at Worcester for me is there?

That's great. Hopefully I'll hear about a medical and be on the next course intake. It's a nightmare not knowing whether to book holidays and stuff..... Like being in limbo. Any news RUUDBOY??
Spoke to them on Monday mate..... told ive not had a medical as theres no vacancy on a course for me. They dont know when thatll be but i remain in the pipeline. So frustrating.
