My advice would be to phone HR immediately - find out why you were rejected (they should be able to tell you instantly) - and then re-apply immediately, with the appropriate alterations and/or emphasis added to your application to counter those issues. That's exactly what I did a couple of years...

Not at Scotrail it's not... Leave will not be allowed during the Rules/Traction/Training train phases of your course, but can be arranged by agreement with your DTM/DI once you are out accumulating your hours. It does help if you are able to take the same leave as your DI, but it's not...
