So had my interview for Lancing SB today. Felt like I got flustered on some questions, despite all the preparation. Wondered if those of you in the industry or starting signalling school left your interview confident? Cos I'm bricking it!

Thanks again to everyone posting their wisdom in this thread, it's going to be my point of research since I managed to finally get an interview! Lancing signal box. Does anybody have any info on lancing? How many trains? Size of area covered? And whether it's the building on the level crossing...

So I've had many similar progressions until my latest go. Applying for grade 5 signaller at lancing signal box. I think there are 3 positions. Current status is 'invite to assessment 2 pending' and hasn't changed for 3 weeks so far. Another poster said he's been waiting for 4 weeks on the same...

I'm currently on 'invite to assessment 2 pending' for lancing. Only my 9th application, and potentially my first interview.
