Just had an email from the OPC to say that Avanti would like to keep me on the talent pool, and for the meantime all the Wolverhampton positions are full, but it is being reviewed.
Had my feedback yesterday on the trail tests, I think the positions are based on who applied first kind of order, I am aware that internals had the opportunity first before the role went external.
I think only the people who have dates have had their feedback it seems to be, I think its just the waiting game for now, we will most probably hear from them again once the first lot are done, its just this virus situation that is delaying things, they could of stopped things sooner if it was...
I don't think it will be next year though, I think its just because of everything that is going on with the virus and lockdown it would be easier to say next year instead of keep sending changes if this situation with the virus continues, they will just contact us when they are ready.
Be intresting to know how they picked people? If it was just pot luck or based on anything? I thought it may have been alphabetical order but 2 of my friends have got surnames on opposite sides B and W.
Is there anyone that has not done the tests before, not got a date? Recieved this email? Everyone I know who has recieved a date to go Watford are new to it all, its their first time.
I got the email as well on Monday about going to the OPC I think it might be a generic email, mine stated about the dates and its possible re-sit group bourdon and CBI interview as well. I guess whatever they want you to do or not do they will inform you on the day, they may have put those...
