Antisocial behaviour on the railway network

My goodness, it's almost like different people do different things on trains. How someone likes to pass the time while on a train journey is nobodies business but their own and certainly no business of the "Looking out of the window police" There's only one person that absolutely has to look...

Significant places in your town/city that you've never visited?

Well seeing as I'm teetotal that would be rather pointless but surprisingly there isn't a Shakespeare Inn in Stratford!

CrossCountry diversionary route (Stafford > Birmingham New St.)

I imagine they don't want to lose the Stafford stop. Combined with the risk of not being able to cover the jobs, especially on Sundays

CrossCountry diversionary route (Stafford > Birmingham New St.)

Any XC crew that sign via the Trent Valley also sign via Hixon as part of the route learning package. Some may have lapsed but they all sign both routes at the same time

Is there anything more tiresome than Celtic and Rangers fans arguing about who gets the moral high ground. Two bald men fighting over a comb

    "Models of Yesteryear"

In terms of values it would depend very much on what individual models you have and the condition of them and their boxes, if they are boxed of course. If you PM me with a list I could give you a rough idea of realistic valuations. I find people tend to think any old matchbox will be worth more...

    Potential disruption compensation?

As I expected really. Because it was weather related I knew they'd get out of it. Pity it wasn't a train journey then I'd have had a full refund. I wasn't expecting anything for the bags I just mentioned it as a final nail in the coffin of an horrible journey

    Potential disruption compensation?

I have lodged a claim with Aer Lingus I just wanted to be forearmed with advice should they say I am entitled to nothing. I am guessing they will just say "Weather not our problem guv"

    Potential disruption compensation?

On Thursday 23rd/Fri 24th I had a journey with Aer Lingus from Orlando to Birmingham via Dublin. Obviously because of the weather we were disrupted. The Original schedule was MCO-DUB 1955-0900 DUB-BHX 1145-1250. The MCO-DUB flight ended up leaving at 2330 and arriving into DUB at 1130. We were...
