It’s been abysmal for the last fourteen years I’ve been commuting there and getting steadily worse.
Euston’s main problem is that it considers passengers an inconvenience; annoying sheep who have to be herded or restricted to ensure they comply with ‘the rules’.

Put the display screen back by the underground gatelines so 8-11 passengers can go direct to platforms
Take away the walls around the tube escalator lobby so you can exit straight to the concourse
Allow passengers to transfer between platforms at the buffer ends in times of disruption
In the end we drove to Stanmore (100 mile round trip) and used Underground services, arriving CW in good time.
