    Why are Bristol to Cardiff tickets routed "via Newport"?

    One that has puzzled me for some time, is why an Exeter St Davids - Liskeard ticket is routed "Via Plymouth". Am I missing something ?

    PlusBus with PRIV pass

    I have never had a problem buying a PlusBus (at booking offices) as an add-on to a staff travel free "box", or to a variety of rover tickets. BUT (as has been confirmed by previous posters), there is no PRIV discount and the public rate applies.
