    In actuality the person should not have been flying there as, pretty much, the entire length of the NYMR is a no fly zone due to the proximity to RAF Fylingdales facility. If they were a professional they would know that. They obviously are not a licensed pilot with CAA PFAW..

    Any form of UAV should not present a problem for railways if they are operated properly. The problems will come as they become more popular and more than one starts to appear in the same airspace at the same time. I have been flying UAVs now for over two years around a variety of subjects...
